Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the MPPT Care mobile application. Please read them carefully — by using the App you agree to them.
1 Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and MPPT Care ("we", "us", "our") and govern your access to and use of the MPPT Care mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2 Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is true and accurate.
3 The service
The App lets registered customers create an account, submit and track service complaints and requests, choose a payment method for a request, and contact our team. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We aim to keep the App available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
4 Your account
- You must register with accurate information and a valid phone number, verified by one-time passcode (OTP).
- You are responsible for keeping your password and device secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
- One person may hold one account; accounts are personal and non-transferable.
5 Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose, or submit false or misleading requests.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or our systems.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the App or its security.
- Upload malware, spam, or content that is offensive, infringing, or violates others' rights.
- Use automated means to access the App without our permission.
6 Service requests, complaints & payments
When you submit a request or complaint, we use the details you provide to register, route, and work toward resolving it. Response times, priorities, pricing, and availability shown in the App are indicative and may vary. Selecting a payment method in the App records your preference; actual charges, invoicing, and completion of any service are subject to confirmation and the applicable service arrangement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and location you provide.
7 Third-party services
The App relies on third-party services — including Google Maps for mapping and an SMS provider for message delivery. Your use of those features is also subject to the third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their acts and omissions.
8 Intellectual property
The App, its content, branding, logos, and software are owned by or licensed to MPPT Care and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MPPT Care and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
12 Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you breach these Terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.
13 Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14 Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
